After choosing your product(s), instead of “Check Out” you will be prompted to “Request a Quote” in our online store. Shortly after you request a quote an ecomPROMOS promotional products advisor will contact you to make sure that your order is accurate and complete, and that you get the very best pricing. Due to the vast number of promotional products available, and all of the size and color attributes that are associated with those products, we want to make sure you are getting exactly the right product. Provide as much information as you can about the product(s) quantity, color, sizing, etc. on the “Request a Quote” form so that when an advisor calls you he/she will have your quote ready for you.

Once you have decided on the product(s), sizes, colors, quantity, etc. we will create an Estimate that outlines all of the specifics of your order, including the cost of your order and estimated shipping charges.

Overages and Shortages

We will make every effort to deliver the exact quantity of merchandise ordered. However, due to high-speed machines and quality control there may be +/- 10% over or under the quantity ordered. Your credit card will be subsequently charged or credited for any discrepancy to the original quantity.
